Job Description:
To run the office official daily activities regarding:
- Making daily –weekly –monthly and quarterly reports concerning sales team activities, production and all other specialized reports needed for business .
- Contributing in all activities inside and outside the company at exhibitions, job fairs, etc
- Preparing power point presentation
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in office assistance business
- High educational degree
- Fluent English
- Highly qualified Microsoft office user specially power point, excel and word
