• Detailed Planning of distribution of Finished Goods to Branches and direct Project sales.
• Monitor daily Sales and depot & plant level stocks and sales; ensure availability of stocks at all the depots and Service levels of 90% plus.
• Studying sales trends, ABC classification, SKU movement across all the depots and inventory levels, ageing of material etc.
• Daily Coordination with Factory Planner, Factory OPDs and OPD at Depots/Branches and Sales (Area Managers and Regional Sales Managers).
• Negotiating with the transporters and carriers for preferential rates and services;
• Managing and allocating all logistics resources.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree or Post Graduate.
• MBA, Certificate or diploma course in Planning and distribution and logistics, Supply chain etc.
• Experience of 5-10 years in related fields of Distribution/ retailing in any Paints /Chemicals or FMCG Company.
• Good communication, verbal and written in English beside local language, Arabic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good Analytical Skills.
